My obsession with food started in the little, hot, humid and crazy Panama, mostly from my Mom’s daily dishes, her mom’s Tamales and Corn Tortillas, (very different from a Taco Tortilla eh!), my Dad’s love for tropical fruits and his Mom’s cakes and big dinners for our huge family.
I hope you enjoy my stories filled with restaurant reviews, recipes, my quest for a perfect arancini, or anything with mushrooms, and of course, my cravings for Churros and South East Asian food!
